E-commerce add-on is transaction-based
The add-on price is based on your average monthly transaction volume across all connected platforms. One platform is included; each additional platform is $75/month.
12-month agreement, flexible add-ons
Base plans are billed on a 12-month agreement (monthly or annually). The e-commerce add-on can be adjusted as your platform or transaction mix evolves.
Pricing questions
What counts as a "platform" for pricing?
Each distinct sales channel or payment processor counts as one platform. For example, Amazon is one platform, Shopify is another, and Stripe is a third. Your add-on base price includes one platform. Each additional platform is $75/month. Shipping and inventory tools like ShipStation and Cin7 are counted as platforms if we need to reconcile data from them.
What if my transaction count changes month to month?
We price based on your estimated average monthly transaction volume. If your volume consistently moves into a different tier, we will discuss an adjustment with you. Seasonal spikes will not automatically bump your pricing; we look at sustained averages.
Which base plan should I choose?
Launch works well for early-stage sellers who need clean books and a controller sign-off. Scale is our most popular for e-commerce businesses because it includes payroll, AP, and a faster 10-day GAAP close. Command is for complex, multi-channel sellers who need unlimited Ops-Finance and FP&A. Your controller can help you pick the right fit on a discovery call.
Is there a commitment period?
CoCountant works on 12-month agreements. You can pay monthly or annually, but the full year is committed. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. Add-ons like the e-commerce module can be adjusted monthly as your needs change.
